Curved Surface Engraving: Our advanced machines use sensors or 3D models of an object to adjust the laser's focus in real-time, allowing for precise engraving on irregular or cylindrical surfaces like bottles or jewelry. Diamond Engravers have two top end lasers currently providing 3D engraving, the latest machine also has upgraded software and rotary capability by providing 360 degree continuous rotation unlike all other lasers which have limited ability with split lines and difficulty to get a continuous flow across filled areas without lines showing up in the design. Another feature is the repeat engraving stop and start on the rotary so multiple engravings can be achieved without loss of accuracy and no ghosting.

The 3D Engraving facility is fully supported with advanced modelling software and expertise to design and produce 3D STL files suitable for achieving top quality, detailed contoured deep engraving profiles no standard fibre laser can produce. With the capability of varying depth and detail as a function of the cost and time to engrave a profile means that customers can choose a balance between layer heights of 0.005 mm and less to suit the required finish and detail.
